How long will it take to get my order?
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For delivery service for UK orders. For Ireland and rest of the world please allow 2 - 4 working days.

Returns policy

You must return orders to us within 30 days of original receipt. Please return products in the original packaging and good condition (we cannot accept returns if opened or used where more than 25% has been used). A covering note should also be included with your name, address, email and reference number to:

We will refund your purchase within 28 working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are returned due to incorrect supply.

Can I cancel or amend my online order?
Once your order has been placed we can’t cancel it or make any changes. Unfortunately it isn’t possible for you to amend items within your order once it has been placed and paid for. Under UK Distance Selling laws, you have the right to cancel your contract with us, within 7 working days of receiving your order. You will need to advise us of this so we can issue you with a full refund and we would ask you to return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost. If you want to cancel your contract with us, please contact us by email or phone.

How do I pay?
This site uses PayPal to process your order and take your payment, however you can pay by using credit/debit card, you do not need a PayPal account PayPal online is a secure payment method. We do not accept cash or cheques.
